We conducted interviews with key personnel including the CEO and CFO in order to develop a business drivers analysis map.
This formed the basis for the creation of a simplified financial forecast model that we used to understand how the various growth scenarios would impact on available resources and cash flow.
This information formed the basis for determining the most important business drivers that could be tested to assess the various scenarios for success or failure.
Parity was able to provide the stakeholders with insights into the drivers of success of the business and likely time to profitability. Based on this analysis, the company not only retained, but also further invested and grown this division.
